George's radio career began in the early 1980s at WMUU in Greenville, SC.  In 1991, he moved to Nashville where he eventually went to work for Tuned In Broadcasting.  After stints in production,  news, marketing & even a brief role as receptionist, George eventually became the co-host of the morning show on WRLT, Lightning 100.

He brings a new level of enthusiasm and excitement to WTZQ's daytime programming, and is grateful for the opportunity to be a part of quality radio in Western North Carolina.

In his spare time, George enjoys playing tennis, acting, singing, riding motorcycles and spending time with his wondeful partner, Cynthia.
