Two local chefs will compete against Launa Tierney, creator, owner and chef of Homemade Pasta Noodles, to create a fettuccini dish using ingredients from the Farmers Market on August 1st at 10:30am at 719 Maple St. The chefs will have 1 1/2 hours to shop, prepare and plate four dishes for judging. Three local well known judges will then taste each dish and evaluate it on 3 criteria; presentation, taste and originality. Cooking may be the goal but creativity is the result.
