Saluda Celebrates 20 Years of Honoring Regional Artists
Saluda, NC — Mark your calendars and get ready to celebrate! The 20th Annual Saluda Arts Festival is set to return stronger than ever on Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in historic downtown Saluda. This milestone event not only marks two decades of artistic excellence but also serves as a testament to the resilience and creativity of the Saluda community following the challenges of Hurricane Helene.
The festival will transform downtown Saluda into a vibrant celebration of the arts, featuring an impressive selection of handcrafted works from talented local and regional artists. Drawing thousands of visitors each year, this family-friendly event promises something for everyone, with live music across multiple venues, a Children’s Art Activity Tent supported by the Saluda Fund of the Polk County Community Foundation, and Saluda’s signature warm hospitality.
Attendees can enjoy browsing unique art, savor delicious meals at Saluda’s charming restaurants, and immerse themselves in a day filled with creativity, connection, and community spirit.
“This 20th anniversary is a tribute to the incredible talent of our artists and the unwavering dedication of the volunteers who make this event possible,” said Missy Orr, Chair of the Saluda Arts Festival. “In light of the financial challenges Hurricane Helene brought to Western North Carolina, especially for the region’s artists, we’re committed to making this year extra special. We dedicate this festival to all the artists, studios, and galleries who have faced and continue to overcome Helene’s challenges.”
Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of a truly special day celebrating the arts, resilience, and the enduring spirit of Saluda.
