Folkmoot Summerfest is hosting a locally sourced, upscale, down-home, family-style feast. The dishes consist of seasonal produce, proteins, casseroles and desserts drawing on the bounty of summer. The meal will also highlight Haywood county’s culinary traditions. The event will take place on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at 6 PM.

Folkmoot is working with Kanini, Haywood Smokehouse, local farmers, and local wine merchants to provide an
unforgettable meal for our Summerfest 2022 Gala. Dinner music will be provided by the Haywood Ramblers. At 7 PM Gala Participants will meet in the Queen Auditorium for a preview of Summerfest 2022 featuring Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, Hoop Dancer Eddie Swimmer, Venezuela Danza Y Tambor, Trinity Irish Dance, The Bailey Mountain Cloggers and the Jeff Little Trio.

Tickets for the Summer Feast fundraising event are $125 per person.  Group rates for a table of 10 are $1,000 ($100 per
person). Tickets are available at folkmoot.org. or available by calling or stopping at the Folkmoot Friendship Center's offices.
