The Fletcher Parks & Recreation Department will hold the 18th annual Chili Cook Off contest at Veritas Academy gymnasium on Saturday, January 26th from 12noon -1:30pm.
14 area Chefs will be competing for top honors in the following categories: Best Overall Chili, Best Individual Chili, Best Business Chili, Best Table Decoration & People’s Choice Chili.
This event is FREE to the public and is being sponsored by First Citizens Bank of Fletcher. The doors will open at 11:45am, and awards will be presented at 1:30pm in all categories.
Cold drinks & water will be sold and all the proceeds will go to the Fletcher Parks Development Fund to assist with Park enhancements.
