First United Methodist Church invites you to a full-day program entitled “The Humility of Christ: Revisiting God’s Nature” with special guest Reverend Marjorie Thompson on Saturday, Feb. 22, from 8:30 a.m. until 3 p.m.

Reverend Thompson was ordained in the Presbyterian Church (USA) and served as a research fellow at Yale Divinity School where she was mentored by the late Father Henri Nouwen (pronounced now-en), the internationally-renowned priest, author and professor. Thompson’s ministry and teachings are transformative, even life-changing, for people of faith. This full-day program will certainly be a memorable experience.
