Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting

A Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting will be held June 30, 2025, at 2:00PM in the
Second Floor Meeting Room of City Hall located at 160 6 th Avenue East.
PROPOSED: The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a Conditional
Zoning District from Advenir Azora Development LLC, applicant.  The applicant is
requesting to rezone the subject property, PIN 9569-22-9206 and located at 1741
Haywood Road, from R-15, Medium Density Residential to PRD CZD, Planned
Residential Development Conditional Zoning District for the development of 180 two,
three and four family units. The subject property is approximately 20.95 acres.  (File
