NOTICE OF MEETING
A Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting will be held April 1, 2026, at 2:00PM in the
Second Floor Meeting Room of City Hall located at 160 6 th Avenue East.
PROPOSED: The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a Conditional
Zoning District from WGLA Engineering, PLLC. on behalf of Carolina Village to rezone
approximately 94.35 acres along Carolina Village Drive (PINs 9579-18-3554 & 9579-08-
2767) from PRD, Planned Residential Development Conditional Zoning District to
Urban Village Conditional Zoning District to accommodate a newly proposed 60-unit
multi-family independent living residential building on three acres of the existing
