Do you have an amazing apple recipe? Put it to the test at the 2025 NC Apple Festival – Apple Recipe Contest. This annual event will be held on Friday, August 29th at the Henderson County Cooperative Extension Office. Entry is free and there will be prizes for 1st place in all categories with ribbons for 2nd and 3rd. The deadline for Apple Recipe Contest entries is August 25th so get your entries in soon! The Awards Ceremony will be held on the Apple Festival Mainstage at the NC Apple Festival where winners will be announced and prizes awarded.
