Appalachian Ridge Artisan Ciders (749 Chestnut Gap Road, Hendersonville) is holding their grand opening this weekend July 21 and 22, 2018. The tasting room is housed in a converted historic two-story barn that is surrounded by an orchard with 14 varieties of French apple trees. We invite everyone to come taste and learn about our Normandy-style cider. Our big outdoor deck overlooks the orchards that include apple trees recently transported from France. Also available for tasting and purchase is a new Pommeau style Brandy -Cider blend named “Peter Arly” as well as a Sherry style spirit named “Rachel Katherine”. Live music on Saturday featuring Hunnilicious from 3 till 6pm and on Sunday by Eric Condon 2:30 till 5:30. Food will be available or bring a picnic. Saturday hours will be 12 till 7 & Sunday 12-6 PM. Open every day of the week.
