A community treasure for over 20 years, the Hendersonville Swing Band, led by trombonist Jerry Zink, plays music of the Big Band era, and occasionally slips in a number from the “Modern” era.

Nearly all the members of the 16-piece band are retirees. Not only does Zink introduce the concert tunes, he’ll include a few jokes, many which are as old as the music itself! This is the band’s seventh appearance at UUFH.

Tickets are sold in Fellowship Hall, 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM during the three Sundays prior to the concert. Tickets available at the door 30 minutes before the concert.

Tickets may be reserved by calling the UUHF Office at 828-693-3157 or by email. State your name and the number of tickets needed. Your reserved tickets will be available at the door 30 minutes before the concert.
