Hendersonville Racquet club is starting a new Youth Fit Club starting this January. The HRC Youth Fit Club is for kids of all athletic abilities that want to get fit in the New Year. Classes will focus on making fitness fun while also learning about nutrition, proper exercise technique, and healthy lifestyle changes in a positive and encouraging environment.
Cost for the 4 week program is $80 for 2 days a week or $50 for 1 day a week. Daily drop-in cost is $15. In the month of January, sessions will be Tuesdays 6-7 pm and Saturdays 1-2 pm. All sessions are run by certified professional Bobby Garrett.

Hendersonville Racquet Club is a six acre complex that includes 9 outdoor tennis courts, 3 indoor tennis courts, four racquetball courts, 3 pickleball courts, an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, group fitness room and outdoor leisure area by Shaw’s Creek and pond.
