All Republican Candidates whose names will appear on the March 3^rd Republican Primary Ballot are encouraged to attend one or all of the four dates in January and February 2020 to present themselves before Republican voters.

All candidates will be given an equal opportunity to present themselves before Henderson County Republican Voters on Saturday, January 18, or Wednesday, January 22.  In February the dates are Saturday, February 15 and Wednesday, February 26.  All Candidates, especially those who are running for statewide office or whose names appear on both the Henderson and Transylvania Ballot are encouraged to attend as time will be provided for them to attend the Transylvania Republican Breakfast in Brevard following the Henderson County Breakfast on each of the two Saturday’s.

A similar Meet the Candidates was presented four years ago inviting all candidates to meet the corps of grass roots voters in Henderson and Transylvania Counties.  It was well attended and is expected this year’s event will be even larger with the number of candidates running for the 11^th District U.S. House of Representatives, Lt. Governor, and other positions.

Voters are encouraged to attend bringing family, friends and neighbors to these informative events involving the Republican Candidates on the March 3^rd Republican Ballot.

The monthly Henderson County Republican Men’s Club Breakfast is held the Fourth Wednesday of each month. The Republican Breakfast is held the Third Saturday of each month.  Both events are held at the Dixie Diner on Hwy 64 in Laurel Park from 7:30-9:00 AM.    Join fellow Republicans as we meet socially and discuss the issues of the day.
