Downtown Hendersonville NC welcomes The Company Stores to the Rhythm & Brews Concert Series
stage on August 16 at 7 PM. Hailing from Charleston, WV, the six member band smoothly blends
elements of many genres of southern music. They pull inspiration from styles such as Appalachian folk,
Delta Blues, Rock, Jam Band, and Hip Hop, then layer in their own modern styles and rhythms. Vocalist
Casey Litz’s sultry and soulful voice captivates the audience, while the band lays down danceable
grooves between dynamic builds. In an interview with Mother Church Pew Litz explained the reason for
the name of the band. “In a coal town, the Company Store had a little bit of everything. I think that sums
the band up pretty well.”
12 string guitarist and song writer, Bobby Wynn, kicks off the evening at 5 PM performing folk based
thought provoking songs.
Rock & Roll pioneer Daniel Sage lights up the stage with his positive energy and good vibes at 6 PM.
