The Arts Council of Henderson County presents the Winter Sound Music Festival, an all-day music event to benefit the Arts Council’s Artists in Schools program! In partnership with Oklawaha Brewing Company, this will be an all-day event on February 5, 2022, from 2-11 pm. The festival will feature nine (9) local musicians and bands, including solos, duos, trios, and larger bands across a wide variety of styles. A portion of proceeds at the brewery will be donated to the Arts Council, who will also accept donations and will have Raffle drawings.
Artists-In-Schools is an artist residency program conducted by the Arts Council of Henderson County. The goal of this program is to place qualified visiting artists in all disciplines into the county schools, upon request, to enrich and support the curriculum, and to enhance the cultural and arts experience of the HCPS students.
