Big Brothers Big Sisters community supporter Tammy Heckman is offering free yoga classes at Jump Off Rock on Monday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm through September 30. Tammy is a certified yoga teacher and wonderful supporter of BBBS HC. This is a free class, however donations are appreciated. Please bring your own mat or towel to yoga.
